Adobe Day at Hume Central Secondary College

11 MAR 2025

I was super excited to spend today at Hume Central Secondary College with Tim Kitchen from Adobe. Kate McArthur, Campus Principal at Hume Central has been using the film BULLY in various ways with her students over the past few years. You can check out a case study here.

Today Tim & I worked with a group of students in Years 7 to 9. All the students had already seen BULLY just weeks earlier so we got into deep conversation quickly. It was great to hear the students unpack the stories in the film as we discussed how to Take Action if you are being bullied or see someone being bullied.
While learning all the tricks of Adobe Premiere Pro, the students worked together in small groups to create short films about bullying and being UPSTANDERS!
