#BLINDEYESOPEN

In Australia,
1 in 4

Year 4–9 students are bullied. Bullying also hits the top of the chart as the #1 social issue for students across all states and territories.

The BULLY Project is the social action campaign inspired by the award-winning film BULLY.

We’ve sparked a global movement to stop bullying that is transforming kids’ lives and changing a culture of bullying into one of empathy and action. The power of our work lies in the participation of individuals together with a remarkable list of PARTNERS we’ve gathered who collectively work to create safe, caring and respectful schools and communities.

Our TOOLS AND RESOURCES provoke empathy, build social and emotional skills and inspire action. We aim to cause a tipping point in society where bullying is no longer accepted and UPSTANDERS prevail, bringing an end to bullying in Australia.

Our Approach is simple:

WATCH

the documentary film BULLY to start a conversation about bullying with teachers, parents, kids and the community.

LEARN

about how to prevent and manage bullying situations and build your social and emotional skills.

TAKE ACTION

in your school or community by implementing your own BULLY Project and create a safer more inclusive community.
